The property comprises a main stone built villa and an independent apartment, and enjoys an exceptional situtation on the waterfront with a private access to the small sandy beach.
The property has recently been renovated in a Modern Provencal style, and a new pool with jacuzzi has been built in 2013. The garden is flat and ideal for children with a direct access from the salon to the swimmingpool area.

On the main level, the villa contains a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a large independent fitted kitchen and a guest toilet. On the 1st floor you will find 3 double bedrooms each with their shower room and sharing a terrace with a seaview.
