This 70-hectare estate is located in a natural, protected environment just 15 minutes from the motorways and 20 minutes from the historic and cultural centres of PROVENCE. The 70-hectare estate includes around 40 hectares of AOP Côtes du Rhône and Côtes du Rhône Villages vines. In the middle of the vineyards, in a hilly setting on the edge of an unspoilt pine forest, stands the 200-year-old winegrower's house. It offers almost 600 m² of living space in a U-shaped layout. It has been converted into several living units. A garage, a workshop and two vaulted cellars complete the property. The exterior features magnificent plane trees and a private swimming pool. The water supply is provided by a restored spring and a borehole. A separate wine-making cellar of around 740 m² is used for maturing and vinifying the wines.
