Fully air-conditioned, it can accommodate up to 8 people in its 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed: 2 beds of 160x200cm and 2 beds of 180x200cm, each with a private bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for all guests.
It consists of: a spacious and bright living room equipped with a fireplace, two comfortable sofas and two armchairs, as well as a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube...) with Flemish channels. The living room offers direct access to the terrace, pool, and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all desired amenities, including a dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, and Senseo coffee machine. There is a large dining table in the kitchen. An office area allows you to work if needed (Wi-Fi: Fiber).Laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer).
Outside, you will find a beautiful terrace with its dining table and summer lounge, all can be covered with electric blinds, a plancha, and a pool (heated upon request), ideal for a nice lunch or dinner by the pool. Large parking area for several cars and a carport.
Located just 10 minutes from Sainte Maxime and about 15 minutes from La Nartelle beaches, this villa is ideal for family or friends' holidays, offering a peaceful and luxurious setting to relax and enjoy all that the region has to offer.
