Our apartment is located in Excelsior, a historic and iconic place for over 80 years thanks to the international Film Festival. Palazzo Bucintoro is a building thought to be inspired by the famous Collamarini: tall, slender, of extraordinarily modern dimensions, it is in pure Art Nouveau style, in the version inspired by the Moorish, a predominant characteristic of Venetian architecture at the end of the century. Former annex of the Hotel Excelsior Palace which created the fame of the Lido of Venice and its most elegant and sought-after urban residential area, it stands on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, a natural shore dotted with picturesque huts and services of every comfort. The complete renovation project has enriched it with all the most modern services and the beach which can be accessed directly. The property includes a bike warehouse and direct exit to the beach, the most luxurious on the Lido. The high-level common areas include showers (useful for returning from the beach), laundry and two very large rooms with sea views, which can be used for studying or working. Separate mention goes to the very large communal terrace, where we stop to contemplate the most beautiful view of the entire lagoon, 360 degrees, with the Adriatic Sea on one side and the historic center on the other, literally a window onto paradise. We enter our magnificent apartment, the first thing we notice at the entrance is the view of the Adriatic which merges into one with the horizon, originally our unit was divided into two apartments which were subsequently joined together. This makes us understand how the size of the spaces is a prerogative of our property. The apartment is made up as follows: on the ground floor we find the kitchen, a large bedroom with two single beds, an entrance that can be used for odds and ends, a pass through walk-in closet and a bathroom equipped with everything you need, still on the ground floor we have the very large living area with the entire facade made up of French windows that allow us to enjoy the large terrace from which we can sip a drink or read a book while we let ourselves be lulled and carried away by the sound of the sea waves that appear to us at the snap of our fingers. We take the staircase that takes us to the upper floor where privacy reigns supreme with a lovely double bedroom with private bathroom also equipped with all comforts. In conclusion, this is the perfect solution for families or for those who want to live in a renowned location with a breathtaking view and the flavor of exclusivity. The Lido of Venice represents the privileged seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and from all over the world, appreciated for its crystal clear waters and beautiful beaches. The Art Nouveau style still characterizes the entire island, accompanied by the "belle epoque" atmosphere which reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido is easily accessible
