A four-hectare estate immersed in the Novara countryside, the park offers multiple settings in every season: cherry trees, maples, roses and rhododendrons, color the immense undulating lawn during the spring and summer months. The internal red gravel driveway starts from the three entrances and leads to the two main structures of the property, while the romantic pedestrian path runs along the entire private, natural lake.
The central body, an old fully restored farmhouse, has maintained the pre-existing architectural elements including stone walls and ancient balcony, combined with a modern structural glass flooding the interiors with light during the day, while in the evening reflecting the light of the spectacular chandeliers visible on both levels. On the ground floor we find a large open space of 200 m2 with mezzanine, and a large stone staircase with wrought iron railings from which leads us to the first floor which has a large panoramic terrace of 70 m2 with exposed beams. Completing this structure are a turret with bedroom and bathroom, a study and a 90 m2 apartment with independent entrance, consisting of a veranda, living room with fireplace and open plan kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The second structure is a dépendance of 90 m2 close to the lake and the private grove: the outside boasts a covered portico with brick columns, while the interiors are equipped with bathrooms and finishes consistent with the setting such as exposed beams as well as wood and wrought iron. There is also a large cellar of the same size.
