Historic villa veneta with park and vineyards on lake garda
in a splendid and panoramic location between monte baldo and lake garda we propose historic mansion with park and vineyard. We enter this charming villa from an ancient gate, embellished by the family coat of arms, where we are greeted by a well-kept inner courtyard and the entrance to the main house with its dovecote, protected by a characteristic loggia supported by columns with tuscan-style capitals. From the loggia we enter the main entrance that leads us to the staircase, lit by two large windows, and that allows us to reach the main floor and the upper floor; to the ancient kitchen with terracotta floors and vaulted roof and enriched by an eighteenth-century fireplace; to the former aristocratic chapel and to the cellar. Also on the ground floor, enclosing and protecting the property, we find the four-vaulted portico that houses a well, the barchessa with a large fireplace, the janitor's house, the storeroom and the garage. On the main floor we are welcomed by a large and bright reception hall embellished with frescoes of biblical scenes believed to be the work of the painter giovanni ghirlandini, the master bedroom with fireplace and other rooms. On the upper floor are several rooms that can have multiple destinations, characterized by doors with stone surrounds and wooden ceilings.
