We are located in Gardone Riviera, one of the most fascinating and richest towns on Lake Garda. History and art are harmoniously intertwined in a natural setting of particular beauty, offering breathtaking landscapes and making the town one of the most sought-after in terms of tourism.
In a hilly context is located this majestic villa split on two levels and is surrounded by a park of about 3,500sqm., part of which is destined to olive groves.
The villa is accessed via the driveway which leads directly to the large garage suitable for 3 cars. Going up the external stairs you reach the main entrance on the first floor. From here you initially enter the entrance hall which then connects to the spacious living room: the main peculiarity is certainly the large French window that offers access to the balcony that extends along the entire length of the facade and offers a spectacular view of Lake Como. Garda. In the living room a space has been created with the function of a dining room, from which you have access to the kitchen. Entering the sleeping area, the corridor leads to the various rooms divided as follows: two double bedrooms with lake views, one of which has an en suite bathroom with window and whirlpool tub; a second bathroom with window and shower; a room currently used as a walk-in closet. In the well-kept and planted garden that surrounds the villa, a solarium with swimming pool and barbecue area has also been created, ideal in the summer season to enjoy the days outdoors and from which you can enjoy the exceptional view of the lake.
The territory
Gardone Riviera is a town of around 3.000 inhabitants positioned on the south-west side of Lake Garda. Thanks to its beauties and to its “rich life” Gardone Riviera is one of the main tourist destination around the lake. Its most important monument is without doubt the city-museum Vittoriale degli Italiani, the renowned home of the Italian poet Gabriele D'Annunzio. Equally famous is the botanic garden Heller - Hruska: the vastness of flora creates a unique picture that frames the sculptures and monuments along the paths of this paradisiac garden. Gardone Riviera is also one of the better-supplied location of the area in terms of restaurants and tourism infrastructure. This consequently improved the development of a set of direct and indirect services, allowing the city to enrich itself with resources, attractions and countless activities.
