On the ground floor with a separate entrance is a lovely two-room independent flat which could be used as guest accommodation.
The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden in which there's a swimming pool and also a summer kitchen with a wood-burning oven. Access to the property is via a driveway and there is also a large garage.
At about 600 m. above sea level on the top of a ridge, the mediaeval village of Perinaldo was built in the 11th century on the remains of an ancient 'castelliere' (fortified borough). The town is like a natural amphitheater with spectacular panoramic views of the sea and of the mountains. To the south is a multicoloured patchwork of olive groves and Mediterranean flora with vineyards and cultivations of broom and mimosa. To the north is a scenic lookout point overlooking pine forests and holm oaks with a backdrop of the peaks of the French Maritime Alps and the Ligurian Alps. The magnificent hillside location is equidistant from the sea and the mountains and the mild climate makes it ideal for holidays.
