Logierhaus Villa Klingler - Maisonette apartment on the Baltic Sea The "Villa Klingler" is located in the southern row of the historic building ensemble in Heiligendamm - Germany's first seaside resort - near the beach and in the immediate vicinity of the "Grand Hotel Heiligendamm". From Berlin you need about two and a half hours by car via the A 19, from Hamburg on the A 20 only two hours. Hanover is about three and a half hours away. You can reach Heiligendamm from Rostock Airport in Laage in just under three quarters of an hour. In the immediate vicinity of the "Grand Hotel", eight lodging houses were built from the middle of the 19th century, in which guests could stay directly by the sea. After the completion of this building - the famous string of pearls - in the years 1854 to 1861, additional development began to the south of it. The "Colonnades" were the first to be built - then the "Villa Prinzessin Reuss" in the eastern part of the ensemble. Now we are beginning to complete the southern row of buildings in the ensemble. With the "Villa Klingler" we will construct a new building that will be designed in line with the design language and the building elements of the historic building and will thus blend harmoniously into the overall work of art. The architecture developed in the 19th century is both the basis and the aesthetic expression of this building. Only high-quality materials were used in the construction of "Villa Klingler": including valuable floor coverings, natural stone in the bathrooms and high-quality interior doors. Ceiling heights of more than three meters create the framework for a representative ambience. Seventeen apartments with 1 to 3 bedrooms and bathrooms on living areas between 60 and 170 m² are being built on a total of five floors. The building also has a basement. Each apartment has one or two balconies and some have a view of the Baltic Sea. Five spacious maisonette apartments are being built in the basement and mezzanine.
