Private Residences Heiligendamm - Apartment in the "Villa Klingler", just a few meters from the Baltic Sea beach The "Villa Klingler" is located in the southern row of the historic building ensemble in Heiligendamm - Germany's first seaside resort - close to the beach and in the immediate vicinity of the "Grand Hotel Heiligendamm". From Berlin, it takes just under two and a half hours by car on the A 19, and from Hamburg on the A 20, just two hours. Hanover is about three and a half hours away. From Rostock Airport in Laage, you can reach Heiligendamm in just under three quarters of an hour. In the immediate vicinity of the "Grand Hotel", eight lodging houses were built from the middle of the 19th century, in which guests could stay right by the sea. After the completion of these buildings - the famous pearl necklace - in the years 1854 to 1861, additional construction began to the south of them. The "Colonnades" were built first, followed by the "Villa Princess Reuss" in the eastern part of the ensemble. We are now starting to complete the southern row of buildings in the ensemble. With the "Villa Klingler" we will build a new building, the design of which is based on the formal language and structural elements of the historical buildings and will therefore blend harmoniously into the overall work of art. The architecture developed in the 19th century is both the basis and the aesthetic expression of this building. Only high-quality materials will be used in the construction of the "Villa Klingler": including valuable coverings for the floors, natural stone in the bathrooms and high-quality interior doors. Ceiling heights of more than three meters create the framework for a representative ambience. Seventeen apartments with 1 to 3 bedrooms and bathrooms on a total of five residential levels will be built on living areas between 60 and 170 m². The building will also have a basement. Each apartment has one or two balconies and some have a view of the Baltic Sea. Five spacious maisonette apartments will be built in the basement and mezzanine. A remote-controlled gas fireplace and fiber optic cable for a high-performance Internet connection are also included. A passenger elevator between the storage rooms in the 2nd basement and all living levels ensures the greatest possible comfort. Each apartment has a high-quality fitted kitchen, underfloor heating and lattice windows made of selected wood with heat-insulating glazing. Fencing, access control and discreet video surveillance secure the entire ensemble (gated community). You purchase the apartments directly from the owner - without commission.
