Impressive apartment completely renovated in the upper area of Barcelona. ~~In the process of rehabilitation, it was possible to generate a large space that encompasses the entrance, highlighting a bright living-dining room with an open kitchen. The property consists of 4 double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom and a built-in closet. It also includes a separate utility room and three full bathrooms.~~The remodeling of this apartment was conceived with the intention of maximizing the lighting in all the corners that were previously unused. ~~In the new layout, the living-dining-kitchen area takes on a central role thanks to the entry of light through large windows. Space and luminosity are the fundamental premises of this project, where the walls and ceilings of the living room, dining room and master bedroom were restored, and brick was incorporated in some walls of the master bathroom.~~The layout of the house was conceived to create two distinct areas: one for daytime activities and the other for nighttime activities. The master suite has its own bathroom integrated into the bedroom, offering a floor designed to enjoy all the comforts of a new construction.~~Additionally, the house has ducted air conditioning in all areas and air conditioning with hot/cold function.~ ~ *Location*~~ The area of Sant Gervasi is located in the northwest of the city and is surrounded by the districts of Les Corts, Gràcia, Eixample and Horta-Guinardo, the villages of Sant Just, Sant Feliu, and Sant Cugat. It has all the necessary amenities such as shops, educational and health centres, parks, and green areas.~ The extensive and varied Sarrià-Sant Gervasi has a mix of urban tapas bars, designer boutiques and nature walks at the Vallvidrera reservoir. A funicular railway takes you up to the Parc d'Atractions, with thrilling rides and panoramic views of the hill. Tibidabo Bellesguard is a medieval turreted mansion designed by Antoni Gaudí, and the modernist CosmoCaixa museum houses a planetarium and an indoor rainforest.~ ~
