Hidden among the streets of the Rialto area are corners where time stands still, crystallized both by the secluded nature of these places and by the legends associated with them. One of these hidden courts (or "scount") is the suggestive Corte Morosina, near the house of the well-known Venetian traveler Marco Polo.
