We get off the Vaporetto and head towards the area of the famous Film Festival to visit our apartment. The location is certainly enviable, the most famous beaches of the Lido are just a few steps away and, to reach the center, just walk along the canal that crosses Via Lepanto. The apartment occupies the second and third floors of a building with clear Art Nouveau references and an old-fashioned gate that leads us to the driveway. We go up, and entering from the front door we notice how every element has been restored with great care. In front of us is the living room, surrounded by windows that all overlook the pretty canal. On the right, we find a kitchen equipped with everything you need. In all the rooms, the fully automated Velux windows stand out: already at this time of the morning, and throughout the day, they bring in incredible natural light. Back to the entrance, the internal staircase takes us to the sleeping area on the third floor: on the right is the master bedroom overlooking the canal and a large space for wardrobes; the graceful style and the feeling of harmony seem to be a constant throughout the house. On the left is another double bedroom, with a very large attic space that is very useful as a warehouse; finally, between the two rooms, we find the recently built bathroom, equipped with every comfort. This two-storey apartment, close to services and beaches, seems to us to be a very attractive housing solution, both for a family and as a second home. No work is necessary, it is immediately possible to live in the heart of the Lido and its beaches, in a context made enchanting by the view of the canal and the gentle sound of the water flowing there. The Lido of Venice is the seaside resort favored by both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal clear waters and beautiful beaches. The Art Nouveau style still characterizes the entire island, accompanied by the “belle epoque” atmosphere that reaches its peak at the end of the summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido can be easily reached in a few minutes with various public water transport lines and the entire island can be traveled by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland. The property is located in a central position, very close to shops and services (bus stop, vaporetti and ferry boats, supermarkets, restaurants...) but quiet and convenient to the beaches, both those equipped with the characteristic huts and the free ones. The proximity to the famous Excelsior Hotel and the Palazzo del Cinema make this property even more exclusive.
