Abano Terme is one of the most important mud-therapeutic and thermal resorts in Europe. Every year it sees a tourist turnout of around 250,000 people. It is located in a strategic position given its proximity to three major tourist cities such as Venice, Padua and Verona. Villa Rigoni Savioli is a Palladian-style Venetian villa dating back to the second half of the 16th century. Immersed in the greenery of a large private land of 20,000 square meters, which includes a garden with several parks, embellished with orchards. The important property boasts a total internal surface of 6,500 m2 and consists of various buildings: next to the manor house, we find the beautiful barchessa, a private consecrated chapel, a vast archive of documents on the history of the area, the dovecote tower, some barns and a thermal water well. The villa is not bound by the fine arts and the master plan allows for a receptive, managerial, residential, scholastic, artisanal use.
