In Arizzano, a few minutes from the centre of Verbania and close to amenities, is this historic villa built around the 1930s. Positioned on the first hill of Verbania, it enjoys a privileged view of Lake Maggiore and, thanks to its southern exposure, is bathed in sunlight from early dawn until sunset.
The villa is currently divided into two units: one flat occupies the ground floor and the first floor, including the basement where the double garage and the cellar rooms are located. This flat comprises six bedrooms, two living rooms and two kitchens, two bathrooms, three balconies and a magnificent large terrace on the ground floor.
On the second floor we find the second flat comprising three bedrooms, a living room, an eat-in kitchen and a bathroom. From the three balconies one can linger and admire the beautiful Lake Maggiore. Connected to the flat, there is also a non-habitable attic which can be used as a storage room, but which could also be recovered as a living space. The two flats are still connected by an internal staircase, so the villa can be used as a single living unit. In the large flat park of the villa there is also a further building which houses a woodshed and a tool shed on two floors and which could be converted into a small dependance also serving a possible swimming pool that could be built in the park.
