Villa 19 is a high-end, very modern designer villa. This spacious, bright and very stylish villa offers 4 bedrooms for up to 8 people. It is set
over 3 floors. The main level on ground floor hosts the salon with dining area and open kitchen, access to the pool terrace and one
bedroom with private bath. In addition, the entrance hall offers a guest toilet. One level down, you will find two bedrooms (one with
double bed, one with two twin beds), each with private bath and communicating balcony. Furthermore, on this level you can find a utility
room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bottom floor hosts a separate apartment, that offers both, a communication with the
house and a separate entrance. The apartment consists in a salon with dining area, a little kitchen and a bedroom with private bath.
Villa 19 has a stunning architecture and has been furnished entirely by an interior designer. It is very stylish and very bright. The salon with
espectacular views over “La Janda” Valley and towards the pool offers a closed fire place, a flat screen satellite TV and WIFI internet
connection. There is air conditioning throughout the entire villa. The open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge and microwave is well
equipped, in addition there is a second kitchen in the bottom floor apartment. All bedrooms offer built in wardrobes and have access to
the exterior. The ground level bedroom has access to the pool terrace, the middle level bedrooms offer a balcony and the bottom level
apartment has a separate entrance and two patios. Due to the hillside situation of the plot, all three floors of the house offer natural day
light, no basement.
The pool is very close to the living area and the spacious terrace with barbecue is partly covered. The terrace offers a big dining table with
8 chairs, 8 sun beds and a wonderful view over the valley of La Janda. The villa offers a big, private pool.
