The house is located in Blanes, in one of the most beautiful coves of the Costa Brava.
It has cosy rooms with lots of natural light and excellent finishes.
Once entering we find a hall that opens to the different areas of the property. On the right hand side, we find a courtesy bathroom and a spacious living-dining room with fireplace, open kitchen and a direct access to a large terrace which offers views over the whole garden area where the sun shines all day long and all year round.

Blanes is a tourist city well known for the fireworks contest during the Santa Anna festival in summer. During the week there are more activities organized by the town hall, since it is a week of festivities in Blanes.

The section of the trail Cami de Ronda between Blanes and Tossa de Mar is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful. The town of Blanes is only 1 hour from Barcelona airport and about 40 minutes from Girona airport.
