We offer for sale VILLA RENIER _ The villa was built between 1630 and 1650 by Andrea Renier, nephew of Alvise Garzoni, of whom he had inherited part of the land in Pontecasale. The complex includes the villa on the south side, the barchessa with a trachyte square in front, the orchard and the park, all in approximately 14,000 m2. The villa overlooks the front onto a small garden adorned with two statues depicting Heracles and Dionysus; The shape is quadrangular and rises above a plinth where the cellars are located, for two floors plus the attic. The ground floor opens into a central vaulted arched portal above which the motto "Sit laude Deo Patri" can be read, flanked by rectangular windows, adorned with mirrors and perfectly preserved stuccoes with a predominantly floral motif. Communicating with the plan we find a small Moorish style church framed by Ionic columns; The floor is completed by the "mirror room" closed by stucco and marmorino decorations. On the main floor, in correspondence with the central hall, there is a three-light window archivolted on small columns, with Ionic capitals, which frame both the hall and the rooms with the "Sansovino" frescoes and beams; The attic is another space which, if correctly valorised, can offer various opportunities with the majestic exposed wooden roof. In the exploration of the property follows the barchessa, once used for the cultivation of the large lands.
