Property Code HSH_1207-2022, Villa Delle Meraviglie, we offer for sale in Viagrande, an eighteenth-century villa, renovated in the second half of the nineteenth century, as a place of resort of the family Paternò, barons of Manganelli and princes of Sperlinga, who entrusted the implementation of the work to the famous architect Carlo Sada. The restoration brought the building to have a composite style, characterized by neoclassical and liberty motives. From the orographic point of view it is characterized by different levels and terraces that have determined the development and the peculiarities of the three tree systems present: from the classical architecture of the “Italian Garden”, to the sinuosity of the “French Garden” aka “Lower Garden”, up to the perspective game of the Romantic Garden aka “Upper Garden”. The beautiful park built according to the typical model of the Sicilian eighteenth-century garden, in which you can observe the wonders of nature and art: secular and rare tall trees, avenues with black and white pebble paving, fine sculptures, precious Roman, medieval and baroque finds; in the dependencies of the villa are also preserved precious works of Italian and local art. The villa covers an area of about 10,000 square meters, including the main residence and the various outbuildings, following the D.D.S. No 65 of 11/05/2012 of the Sicilian Region, Assess. . and Ident. Sicilian, is under protection and preservation of the Italian Republic.
