Upon entering the second home, we are greeted by an entrance staircase that leads us to a semi-floor with a large living room with sandstone vaults. From here, following the corridor, we find two bedrooms and a bathroom. Continuing up the stairs, we reach the first floor where we have another double bedroom. Another flight of stairs takes us to the second floor where we find a quite spacious mezzanine and a kitchen open to a large dining room with a wood-burning fireplace and access to a splendid 35 m² south-facing terrace. Finally, we arrive at the 40 m² terrace-solarium with spectacular views of the historic center of Ciutadella.
