The villa is accessed via a covered porch and a direct lift from the surface parking area, consisting of a spacious entrance hall, three double bedrooms with separate bathrooms and dressing rooms. All of them with expansive views
facing the coast. The stairwell has a large window and a light opening on the lower floor.
The ground floor is used for daytime uses. It is an open-plan floor in which there is a large living room with the kitchen equipment incorporated into it, a guest toilet with
auxiliary room. It is accessed from the staircase that comes
from the top floor and from the interior lift of the house. It has large windows that give access to a terrace where the swimming pool facing the coast is implanted.
On the semi-basement floor there is a central multipurpose space, ideal for leisure activities, as well as a bathroom, other rooms to be able to establish other storage or similar uses, laundry and facilities room of the house. It is accessed through the internal staircase and the lift that connects all the floors of the house.
