Fantastic villa with sea views and nestled in the nature reserve of Montgo.
In this large house we find 2 separate flats for guests or family, surrounded by gardens, fruit trees and we will have sauna with sea views, private pool, carport for two cars and parking for two more cars if necessary.
The main house is accessed by stairs that lead to a pleasant terrace with grill, open views to the gardens, the sea and the mountains.
Once we enter we will find inside a cistern that is capable of storing about 7000 litres of rainwater, which will help us to save on a daily basis. The property has good natural light and is distributed in dining room, semi-open kitchen, living room with air conditioning, fireplace and sea views; two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one currently used as a laundry room).
Once outside in the separate flats, both are distributed in a living room with open plan kitchen, a complete bathroom and a double bedroom, both with air conditioning respectively.
The whole house is surrounded by beautiful gardens where butterflies flutter around, different terraces allow us to enjoy the sun or the shade as we prefer and nice views in general that offer rest from the day to day.
