The main house is distributed across one floor. We access the house from a terrace, which leads to a large hall. From here we access the living-dining room with 2 distinct areas and a fireplace, there is also a toilet, the bedroom area, and a second living room that leads to a fully-glazed designer kitchen with Siemens and Gaggenau appliances. The kitchen has access to the barbecue area.
The sleeping area offers 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and the main bedroom with a dressing room, bathroom with dressing area, bathtub with views and a shower, and a terrace with views of the stables.
All the rooms are spacious and bright, with beautiful interior design by Pepe Cabrera.
Outside we find a barbecue area with electric stove, a terrace, a swimming pool and a laundry area, as well as an annex with a bedroom in the loft, a bathroom and a living room.

The equestrian facilities comprise a 60 m x 20 m Ebb & Flow dressage arena (with a Martin Collins' fibre surface), 5 rest paddocks and 4 long grass paddocks, 5 very large wooden loose-boxes and 2 large boxes with access for each horse to its own paddock. A covered horse-gym sits next to the 5 stable block. There is a groom's cottage between the stable blocks. The surrounding area has many beautiful options for riding.
This property has its own heliport and hangar.
