General description.
1. This project defines a building that is intended for a DETACHED SINGLE FAMILY HOUSING WITH POOL with the following program; in the Basement Floor (+139.75) the following rooms: Garage, Gym, Sauna, Bathroom 1, Stairs, Step, Laundry, Office, Cellar, Games Room, Machine Room and entrance hall to the house; on the ground floor (+143.00) the following dependencies: Distributor, Living room,
Dining room, kitchen, toilet, shower, bathroom, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, there is also a swimming pool with open terrace areas and garden areas.
2. The program, as mentioned in the previous point, is developed in a single volume on a single floor: Ground floor, as well as a Basement Floor (which is partly illuminated and ventilated naturally through an English patio).
3. Given the location of the plot with views, an arrangement of the program has been sought in such a way that the views from all the rooms that compose it are privileged.
