The house is in need of refurbishment but has lots of potential and would make a lovely family home or a great rental property. For year-round comfort, it has some air conditioning and also some wafer heaters, as well as the fireplaces.
This is a great location, just minutes to Carvoeiro village with shops, restaurants, daily market and other amenities and less than 1.6km to the beach. Some of the most famous golf courses are just on the door step. There is a choice of international schools (English, German and Dutch) within 10-20 minute drive, and Faro International airport is 45 minutes.
