In the very popular fishing village of Luz, just outside Lagos, is this very nice townhouse located. With walking distance to the center of the village and the beautiful beach Praia da Luz, the Beach of Light, you have proximity to all amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and more.
The townhouse, which has a gable location, is one of a total of 16 that together have formed a condominium. The cul-de-sac where the houses are located creates a calm and safe environment.
The house itself consists of three floors. There are two entrances to the house. One entrance leads directly into the kitchen, which is fully equipped with appliances that have been replaced in the last 5-6 years.
To the left of the kitchen is an extra room that can be used as an office, bedroom or as a large hall as the second entrance leads directly into this room.
Off the kitchen and the extra room is a small hall with a storage room/pantry on one side and on the other side is a bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and window.

On this floor there is also a large bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and window as well as a spacious storage room.
The third floor consists of a lovely, private roof terrace with plenty of sun throughout the day. This is a luxurious addition to the fine residence and offers a wonderful sea view.
The house has a private carport in front of the entrance and there is also a communal pool, garden and meeting room.
