The 1998 villa, completely renovated in 2020, is located on the outskirts of Melendugno, not far from the center, reachable on foot, but still in the countryside. The villa offers large spaces and is surrounded by a large garden with a lawn that extends as far as the eye can see and framed by olive trees. Here you will find peace and privacy. You will also find all the plants and trees you would expect to find in a Mediterranean garden, including olive trees, citrus trees, palm trees, a cactus garden, oleander hedges and many flowers. A curved driveway leads to the villa. The house is on one level and is suitable for living all year round. It fits beautifully into the large garden. The main entrance is located in the center of the house and connects the two main areas, the living area and the sleeping area. An elegant staircase in the entrance area leads to the roof terrace. The entrance also leads to the living room and dining room, where a fireplace creates intimacy and warmth. The kitchen, with separate pantry, is separated from the rest of the room by a work island, offering a private cooking area while still allowing you to participate in the social life of the home. There is also a bathroom and a storage room. The sleeping area consists of three large bedrooms and a bathroom. Two sides of the house feature covered terraces with columns and arches.
