The building is divided into two buildings, a rustic building with 67. 44ha and a mixed building with 4ha and 129m2 of housing.
We have a request for information on the rustic building: '(...) For housing (there is no pre-existing building for this purpose), if located in ASP, the claim may be admitted, up to a maximum area of 500m2, under the terms of paragraph c) of paragraph 1 of article 56 of the PDM, with emphasis on the demonstration of farmer quality to be issued by DRAP - PROTA Declaration.
For agricultural support, if located in ASP, the claim may be admitted up to a maximum area of 1,348m2 (67.44ha x 0.002), under the terms of paragraph b) of paragraph 1 of article 59 of the PDM.
For tourist developments, if located in ASP, the claim may be admitted, up to a maximum area of 26 976m2 (67.44ha x 0.04), under the terms of article 27 of the PDM Regulation'
And of the urban building: '(...) Thus, for this building there will be no feasibility for any buildings for agricultural or tourist purposes, and it will only allow the recovery and expansion of the pre-existing building for housing purposes, which from the cumulative application of the PDM Regulation with the Legal Regime of the RAN, cannot result in an increase in the number of dwellings or exceed the total area of 300m2.'
