Splendid farmhouse which due to its size was divided into three districts (Monaco di Sopra, Monaco di Mezzo, Monaco di Sotto) with relative farms connected to each other via paths with the most ancient traditional agricultural activities (cereal growing, olive growing, sheep and cattle breeding and equine).
The Masseria is equipped with various independent apartments, a restaurant, a social area, swimming pool, tennis, children's playground and nature trail; all harmoniously inserted into the severely intact physiognomy of the building. Adjacent to the tenement, an equestrian facility was created with stables, changing rooms, offices, tack room and approved obstacle course. There is no shortage of skiing opportunities; thirty minutes from Monaco di Mezzo there is Piano Battaglia which offers the incomparable wonder of skiing while looking at the sea and Etna. For the lazier, but no less adventurous, there will be no shortage of off-road trips even with stages in other agritourism centres. For the more traditionalists, the area is still rich in game with rabbits, hares and partridges.
