The town of Pompeiana, east of the lower Argentina valley, is 2 km from the Ligurian Sea as the crow flies and is located in a central area, on the southern slope of Mount Croce, a hill about 600 meters high.
Its good southern exposure, the proximity of the sea and the hill behind guarantee a mild climate.
Another peak in the area is Mount Selletta (579 m).
