The 17th century castle stands in a picturesque corner between Randazzo, Etna and the Alcantara valley and is made up of: A ground floor which is accessed from the garden through an entrance hall used as a reading room, there are rooms serving the kitchen, a restaurant room for breakfast, storage rooms, a wine cellar and a bedroom with bathroom; a secondary entrance, located to the left of the external staircase leading to the first floor, leads to a second bedroom with bathroom; the two bedrooms can be connected and can form a single accommodation if necessary; A first floor which is accessed from the external staircase which ends with a large terrace which includes the entire façade of the castle; in the central part there are two large frescoed halls, to the right of which there are four halls also used as restaurant rooms but susceptible to different uses; to the right of the entrance hall, with an independent entrance from the terrace, there is the suite where the Italian Royal Family was hosted in 1911; the plan also includes two large terraces and a balcony at the back. The Castle has been completely restored, and the rooms still have the original frescoes intact; the secret passages to the Alcantara river, built as escape routes, are still present, and the cellar houses the largest barrels in the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies. The property, in addition to the beauty and charm of the castle, offers 27 hectares of land with the possibility of creating a vineyard for wine production. The municipality of Randazzo boasts a significant number of denominations of origin dedicated to wine. The buildings that crown this wonderful property are represented by the Castle, rustic outbuildings, a palm grove and the stables. The splendid Taormina and the wonderful sea of Giardini Naxos are only 20 km from the Castle.
