Villa Maribel is a 279 m2 house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, divided into 3 floors, with a rustic style with stone walls and wooden beams.
We enter the house through a entrance hall and then access a large dining room living room of about 46m2 with its semi-open kitchen, fully equipped with its barbecue.
On that same ground floor there is a guest bathroom with its antique stone sink, and there is also a pantry to store food and drinks.
We go up to the upper floor via the wooden stairs to reach another very cozy and quite spacious living living room with a stone fireplace , two balconies and another bathroom with a shower.
Next, there is a laundry room room up the stairs, we continue going up the upper floor where the night area is with 3 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, high ceilings and stone walls. These rooms share a double bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
We go up to the third floor where we access a multipurpose space before going out to the very sunny exterior terrace with views of the town.
The entire house has city gas heating, double-glazed windows, between each floor there is a free space where the possibility of installing a lift could be studied.
In the living area the floors are tiled and in the night area the floor is natural parquet. All windows have interior shutters.
The style of that house is unique and allows us to enjoy the town without having to use the car while walking our daily lives.
