A 10-hectare farm with an approved PIP (pre-approved project), in the region of Sao Francisco da Serra (Santiago do Cacem), 14 km from Melides and 35 km from the beaches of Comporta.
The farm consists of 2 properties, one with 4 hectares and the other with 6.1 hectares, sold together.
There is a residential house (78 m2) in need of restoration work, which the PIP includes demolishing in order to build a new, contemporary house of 200 m2. The best location on the plot has also been chosen for this new construction, away from any constraints.
The project could also be altered to include a larger building for tourism.
The land is densely populated with lots of mature trees, a beautiful cork oak forest, eucalyptus trees and other native vegetation. There is a well with plenty of water.
