SARTEANO (SI), among the natural, cultural and food and wine wonders between Val d'Orcia and Val Di Chiana, there is a characteristic residential complex, with double access, very panoramic. Still strong in its historical characteristics, the medieval tower (see reference n.2 in the plan), converted into a home, is completed with a dynamic surrounding divided between beautiful terraces and garden corners crossed by a stream with paths leading to the main house ( see reference n.1) and the sinuous fields, for a total of approximately 7200 m2 of land. The former medieval tower is divided into three levels for a cadastral area of 176 m2. The entrance is characterized by an airy loggia overlooking the solarium and which connects to the side patio and the external laundry in a fluid spatial circularity that involves the entire living-dining-kitchen area on the ground floor. The first floor houses a comfortable bathroom, a study and two double bedrooms, one with its own bathroom and the other with direct access to the covered terrace. Also on the lower floor there is a large double bedroom with private bathroom which overlooks a service room that leads to a characteristic cellar dug into the rock. It also has a lovely dependence (approximately 31 m2) with a recently built panoramic terrace (approximately 15 m2) covering the double garage with garage (see reference n.3 in the plan). Once in the middle of the lawn it is easy to imagine an infinity pool in the sunlight: a project has already been created for a 10 x 5 meter pool, for which the owners are available to carry out the work on request. The manor house (cadastral area 288 m2) due to its uniqueness would also lend itself to hosting a very charming accommodation business, the palace belonging to the Sergardi family dates back to 1486. From the arrangement of the roof, to the modernization work of all the systems, internal and external, to the redecoration of the interiors and arrangement of the various terraces and flowerbeds belonging to the main house, the renovation works were conducted and completed by the current owners during 2021. The mezzanine floor opens onto a large reception room which leads both to the large living area, with fireplace and access to the garden, and to the dining room and service areas such as the kitchen and laundry distributed in a fluid and functional way also for the purposes of an accommodation destination. On the first floor there are three bedrooms on the mezzanine level and three other bedrooms on the upper level, with bathrooms on both floors. On the ground floor, accessible directly from the garden, there is the warehouse, the technical room and the taverns with vaulted ceilings, one of which has a wood-burning oven.
