The building The listed building with its beautiful timber framework was built in the middle of the 18th century and is now classified as a particularly valuable architectural monument. In 1999 the building in the residential part on the street side was completely renovated and the barn part was rebuilt. The regularly windowed facade, skylights and the barn door replaced by a glass door bring a lot of light into the house. Old beams with a modern flair During the renovation of the building in 1999/2000, the technical installations were brought up to date, the windows were correctly doubled in terms of monument technology, the roof was insulated, re-covered with plain tiles and a new oil central heating system was installed. In addition, the beautiful old wall and ceiling beams were exposed, which now give the house a very special character. The heart of the house is the wood-paneled living room with the beautiful old tiled stove and comfortable bench. Modern parquet and tiled floors complement the spatial effect, which also harmonizes perfectly with modern, functional furniture.
