Ground level – is thought out as the entertaining area where swimming pool, garden and barbecue area combine with inside area with bar, table tennis, sauna and bathroom. Swimming pool has a waterfall, contra-current swimming, interior lights and opportunity to be filled with fresh or seawater.
First level is a relaxing living area equipped with sofa, fireplace, kitchen and dinning area for six people. Living room and dinning area are one open space with spacious sliding balcony doors that enable a wonderful sea view over the islands of Solta and Krknjasi. This area is beautifully decorated as a cozy, chic area with panoramic windows, perfect for a romantic couple. Within this apartment you have a small kitchen and living area and lovely designed bathroom with bathtub.
Whole Villa is air-conditioned, the tiled floors have floor heating, each room has a telephone and satellite connection and Internet access. The whole area is under supervision of security cameras. Balconies have automatic awnings, windows and doors have electric roller shutters.
The bathing area in front of the Villa is a rocky, flat plateau with shallow entrance to the crystal clear sea. If you prefer pebble beaches you will find one just 40 meters in the direction of west.
Villa Marija has, as we already mention, extremely good location, being just 10 minutes drive from the airport and town Trogir, also city of Split is a half an hour drive away, so by choosing this wonderful home you would have privacy and tranquility and still a chance to jump into crowded streets of our ancient towns for shopping, dinning and sightseeing.
