As we welcomed us into the villa, we were impressed by the exceptional construction work, highlighted by an imposing arched solid wood doorway, reflecting the distinctive Mozarabic style. This architectural style is present in all the houses in Sierra Cabrera, adding to the unique and timeless charm of the area.
As you enter, you will notice a spacious and well-kept garden, composed of local plants and large trees surrounding the property, offering greater privacy.
In the garden, you will find a large swimming pool in perfect condition, accompanied by a covered kitchen, a dining area and a jacuzzi. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of both the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. Furthermore, there is direct access to the garage from this area.

This is where we enter the main living area, which is characterised by its spaciousness and luminosity. A large living room serves as the heart of the house, connecting all the rooms harmoniously. In addition, the living room boasts a large window overlooking the sea, which adds a touch of natural beauty to the space.
The U-shaped kitchen is practical and functional, offering generous storage space. The generously sized first bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, the master bedroom, is very bright and is perfectly connected to the central part of the flat. It also has built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The latter is divided into a toilet area and a bath/shower area, all designed in the unmistakable Mozarabic style.
Finally, there is another terrace that overlooks the garden area and swimming pool, offering another perspective of the villa and, of course, the stunning surroundings.
