Very close to the beaches of the Lido and to the means of transport for the historic center, walking around the island we reach this small, very quiet street, which gives us a sense of peace and quiet. Here is our property, located in a villa from the early 1900s, with an independent entrance and a large and perfect garden that extends both in the entrance and in the rear part. The portion of the villa is spread over two floors which have everything needed to be used individually: on the ground floor there is a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a multifunctional room, whose view of the garden immediately instills great serenity. Before reaching the first floor, we find on the stairs a room used as a study. On the first floor, the spaces are arranged in an almost specular way compared to the ground floor, but we are pleased to note the addition of a lovely terrace, we just need to lean out to enjoy a pleasant sea breeze. This portion of the villa is a promise of unlimited moments of well-being and tranquillity, individually or to be shared with loved ones, just a few steps away from all the magical charm of the Lido of Venice. The Lido of Venice is the privileged seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystalline waters and beautiful beaches. The Art Nouveau style still characterizes the entire island, accompanied by the "belle epoque" atmosphere which reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido can be easily reached in a few minutes with various public water transport lines and the entire island can be traveled by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland.
The property is located in a central position, very close to shops and services (bus stop, vaporetti and ferry boats, supermarkets, restaurants...) but quiet and convenient to the beaches, both those equipped with the characteristic huts and the free ones. The proximity to the famous Excelsior hotel and the Palazzo del Cinema make this property even more exclusive.
