Villa Pisani (Gignone) built in 1906 at the request of the architect of the same name. Built on two floors above ground and surrounded by a garden on 4 sides, on the left it has a turret that rises to a further floor.
The façade is enriched with plaster and frescoes with floral motifs in Art Nouveau style, as are the iron railings wrought iron that enrich the balconies. Inside we find a large master staircase with a railing also in wrought iron and a coffered ceiling with floral decorations. However, to guarantee maximum comfort, an internal lift has also been installed to connect the floors to each other.
The villa is composed as follows:
On the mezzanine floor we find the living area, upon entering you go through the entrance that leads to the atrium from which the main staircase is erected, continuing we find the living room, the kitchen, the dining room, the study with adjoining veranda and the bathroom. Going up to the first floor there is the sleeping area, composed of the master bedroom with exclusive bathroom, walk-in closet, and balcony, continuing we find the other two bedrooms both equipped with private bathroom and walk-in closet.
On the second floor, going up the turret there is a further bedroom with bathroom.
Going down to the partially underground floor we find the leisure room, a laundry room, the cellars and garage.--934adccd5d84e9095c78de6f7fe030cf!
