Description
Cottage with a typically Tuscan structure embellished with top-level finishes and large outdoor spaces. The main villa is a single real estate unit consisting of a farmhouse on three levels above ground. The ground floor houses a large living room enriched by an ancient stone fireplace and large arched windows, a large kitchen with a practical pantry, a closet and a guest service. The complex was built in 1976, during the ultimate renovation were used high-level materials and finishes.
