Agricultural farm with 184 hectares of organic pistachio, almond and olive groves, located in Villarrodrigo, Jaén, 150 km from Jaén center and 110 km from Albacete on the A32, located near the northern limit of Andalusia with Castilla la Mancha. ~Farm with an exceptional location for agricultural cultivation since it enjoys:~- An ideal climate with long summers and very cold winters that break the dormancy of the shoots, with adequate relative humidity during spring and limited rainfall; all this creates low chances of frost. ~- An average altitude of 800 meters above sea level; The farm's crops are distributed in plots of flat, regular and accessible terrain.~- Abundant water resources, with authorization legalized by the Hydrographic Confederation of more than 100,000 m3/year, as well as wells and irrigation ponds.~In its 184 hectares there are 164 hectares dedicated to cultivation, whose trees have been planted in different stages of maturation; the remaining 20 hectares are dedicated to labor/pastures. On the farm there are two industrial warehouses for agricultural use of approximately 4,000 m2, a farmhouse-type house of approximately 200 m2, a bullring, as well as tools and machinery necessary for exploitation.~~
