In the historic center of Ceneda, a splendid historic villa dating back to the 17th century, owned by the Della Porta family since the beginning of the 20th century and subsequently granted to a lay organization for the purpose of worship and charity towards the end of the century. The building consists of two portions, a main one developed on three floors above ground and a secondary one on two floors. In the main portion, characterized by a wonderful entrance hall, there are various rooms on the ground floor used as study and meeting places, which ennobled by Venetian terrazzo flooring, lead to the staircase and the main floor which stands out for its decorative richness with Art Nouveau references both in the paintings on the walls and in those on the ceilings. Furthermore, on the second and last floor there are numerous generously sized rooms. The secondary body, which has always been used as a service to the main house, has large rooms with essential finishes. The barchessa, an appurtenant building that defines the boundary of the property, still retains memories of its original function as a stable and smoothing area. Adding value to the villa is a wonderful private internal courtyard and a large open space where an ancient icebox is still preserved.--bfe74827be2ee15ea04c83bb66767f9d!
