The medieval town of Buje is located in the northwestern part of the Istrian peninsula, and is located on top of a hill with a beautiful view of the sea, surrounding hills, vineyards and olive groves for which this area is famous. The proximity of the sea, the influence of the Mediterranean and mild continental climate, traditions in agricultural production, hunting and tourism, hilly landscape, preserved and unpolluted nature make the area of Buje one of the most attractive areas of the Istrian peninsula.
WE offer a typical Istrian stone house with a total area of 330 m2. It consists of a ground floor and two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom, living room, while on each floor there are two bedrooms. The central part of the house is habitable while the other two side parts need to be adapted. The garden is 650m2, and it has an outdoor bathroom and summer kitchen. The facility was renovated in the late 1980s, but not all work has been completed. The garden offers a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The sea is 15 km away, while all facilities are 3 km away. Pula Airport is 70 km away and Portorož Airport is 15 km away. Due to the attractive location where it is located and the proximity of all facilities, this is an ideal property for agritourism or tourist rental for multiple families.
