The municipality of Fažana is located on the southwest coast of the Istrian peninsula, facing the sea and the beautiful islands of the Brijuni archipelago. It is only eight kilometers away from Pula - the largest city in Istria, economic and cultural center. Close to, therefore, Pula's ancient monuments, Fažana and Valbandon - forming the whole of the Municipality - are located in the area of ancient Roman country-farm villas, in a landscape of Mediterranean vegetation. Vines, olives, figs and foreign fruits descend to the very shore, arousing the curiosity of travelers. In a quiet part of the tourist resort Valbandon there are two houses with swimming pool and wellness. The smaller house is 330m2 in size and consists of five bedrooms and five bathrooms, living room and kitchen. It also has a wellness area with sauna, jacuzzi and playroom. The outdoor pool is 25m2 in size. The second house is 450m2 in size with seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms and an additional toilet. The house also has a wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi and a playroom with billiards. The outdoor pool is 28m2 in size. Solar collectors for hot water are installed on the house. The size of the plot is 1200m2.
