In the center: Historically remarkable stone house for renovation Look forward to a journey into the history of Croatia: In this very stone house, Petar Hektorovic was born in 1487, author of the first realistic, secular travelogue in the Croatian language. With a lot of love, creative ideas and craftsmanship, you can turn this historic house with its own coat of arms into the home of your most beautiful dreams. A total of four floors await you here and there is the possibility of digging an additional 80 m² basement. A new roof and new intermediate floors laid with high-quality wooden materials are already finished. Both the sea and the center can be reached within 100 m. ~
