The estate stretches to 18,772 m2 and is surrounded by stone walls within which is the baroque palace Frankovic-Lazzarini, built at the beginning of the 17th century. with a decorated Istrian tavern, a luxurious restaurant with approx. 100 seats inside the restaurant and on the terrace, a summer stage for larger manifestations within a landscaped park and a group of objects on the west side of the wall.
