ISTRIA, MOTOVUN - An indigenous stone house with a swimming pool
In the northern part of Istria, above the Mirna river valley, on a conical hill located 277 meters above sea level, is the most famous and most attractive Istrian medieval town - Motovun, which has preserved its medieval appearance to this day. The city itself is divided into three parts, and its specificity is two rows of walls. The longest staircase in Croatia with 1052 steps leads to the city. In addition to numerous cultural and historical sights, Motovun and its surroundings can boast numerous vineyards and famous winemakers, recreational facilities that enable an active vacation such as grape harvesting, asparagus picking, truffle gathering, fishing, paragliding, free climbing, canoeing, and for the beautiful time, above Motovun, it is possible to ride in a hot air balloon. The most famous event that takes place in this city at the end of July is the Motovun Film Festival. A charming house of autochthonous Istrian style is located in a small Istrian village near the fairytale Motovun. The house is 115 m2 in size and is spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining room, a living room and a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and one bathroom, while on the second floor there is a master bedroom and one bathroom. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners. The yard covers 350 m2 and, like the house, is decorated in traditional Istrian style. In front of the house there is an area for relaxation, a swimming pool, a sun deck, a covered area for the summer kitchen and a fireplace ideal for summer get-togethers. Thanks to its location in front of the house, especially from the first and second floors, there is a wonderful view of the surrounding villages and hills. The house was completely renovated in 2018 and is sold fully furnished. Dear clients, the agency commission is charged in accordance with the General Business Conditions:
