For all lovers of traditional Istrian architecture, we present a renovated stone house, which is simultaneously beautiful, charming, spacious, comfortable, and in an excellent location, with a view of the sea.
You will notice in this house, and around it, an abundance of creativity in which natural materials were used, which give that unsurpassed rustic irresistibleness, and represent Istria as it once was, but in a newer guise.
The house originally dates from 1930, and was completely renovated in 2010.
This spacious and beautiful property consists of two residential units.
The main house has 550m2 and is divided into three floors.
It has three large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. They have a rustic atmosphere, which is further enhanced by the old wooden beams, preserved as a detail from history, as they once were. Rusticity is imperative in the complete interior, and you will also notice it in the bathrooms, where modern components are combined with details that delight.
The rustic story continues through the corridors, especially in the beautiful and spacious living room, which can be said to have a soul. The kitchen is a special story, because it is large, decorated in warm wood colors, and at the same time equipped with all quality appliances.
The terrace is spacious and offers a wonderful view of the sea, vineyards and olive trees.
If we step outside from the interior, there will also be something at every step that delights, makes this property so desirable and special. You can relax at the swimming pool and the sun deck completely surrounded by a stone wall that gives peace and privacy, and an additional special feature of this property is the summer kitchen "tavern" located on the ground floor of the house, perfect for relaxing, socializing and grilling.
The smaller house consists of four large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a small kitchen.
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
The yard was carefully arranged in such a way as to be a compact unit with the houses, which means that natural materials were used in the design, such as stone slates and old bricks, and the stone fence will delight you.
The house is heated by a fireplace and air conditioning, there are several covered parking spaces outside.
This wonderful station is definitely something special in our wonderful Istria, it is located in the immediate vicinity of the town center, 15 km from Porec and beautiful beaches.
