Our historic villa has been largely preserved in its original state and is one of the most sophisticated residential buildings in the Schlachtensee country house colony. It was restored to the highest standard in 2010 and carefully renovated, with the historic elements retained in order to preserve its historical features. The imposing tower was originally provided with a towering belvedere and at that time shaped the appearance of the villa colony. This unique historic Wilhelminian style villa from 1896 is characterized by impressive architecture.
