Even if we thought about it for a long time, we can't think of any features that aren't included in this villa. We gave up on lighting concepts for outdoors and indoors, sauna, fireplace, "heated pool with counter-current system". There are. A local developer planned and built the sophisticated villa for himself and "no expense spared". And that's why the right stone for the floors was chosen in Italy... The luxurious home is the perfect family residence and ideal for a couple who like to treat themselves to more space. It's great for those who want to get out of the city and want to remain flexible so they can get anywhere quickly. It's also a great fit if you're fed up with a penthouse but still want to live in a modern way. Why doesn't the builder move in himself? Sometimes you make plans and then life has other plans for you. The large display windows already frame the outside for the inside.
